1. The contents of the website belong to the COMPANY and constitute copyright as defined and protected by Greek and International Legislation. Users acknowledge the proprietary and intellectual property rights of the COMPANY and undertake to preserve them. It is indicated that copying, reproduction, modification, sale, transfer, extraction of data, distribution, reconstruction, retransmission, sale of information, granting of a license to use, etc. is not permitted. The know-how and all kinds of printed and electronic media provided to all types of users are given on deposit and in no way is their ownership or intellectual property transferred to them. Similarly, the use of trademarks or logos is not permitted without the prior written approval of the COMPANY. Transfer or assignment of rights to another person is possible only with a document from the COMPANY.
2. The My Season online store is a website for the sale of seasonal items via the internet, where the COMPANY imports the products and the customers, hereinafter referred to as CONSUMERS, make their purchases. The correctness of the product description is the responsibility of the COMPANY, which makes every effort to be accurate, without however excluding minor errors and omissions.
3. Purchases made through the My Season electronic booking system are automated and the system is powered by the COMPANY or its partners. The confirmation is also automated and constitutes a contract between the COMPANY and the CONSUMER. At the same time, mutual obligations arise, as stated in the service description, in the confirmation form and as defined by Greek law.
4. The COMPANY is not liable for damages to the user or a third party that may be caused by malfunctions caused by third parties who offer their services, such as, but not limited to, damage to electronic equipment and generally damage and risks arising from the network of internet providers, security companies, etc. Similarly, the COMPANY is not liable or obligated to compensate for any damage and moral harm resulting from the inability to provide support services. However, if the COMPANY were to incur liability despite the aforementioned, this is limited to compensation, including legal costs and attorneys' fees, up to the amount of its fee for the purchases that resulted in damage, as recorded in the system.
5. To protect personal data, the visitor/user must carefully read the terms provided in the relevant section under the heading "Personal Data Protection" and if he does not agree, he must not use the pages/services of this website.
6. The COMPANY has the right to change the above terms and the new ones will appear in the My Season online store. The use of the system is equivalent to acceptance of the terms at the time of use.
7. All terms herein are essential.
8. For any dispute or difference arising from the use of the MySeason online store and directed against the COMPANY, Greek law shall apply and users waive the right to choose another applicable law. The Courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve them, including in enforcement proceedings.
