Information for Posting and dispatching goods
Delivery / Transport Charges
All shipping Within Greece will be free of charge with the use of the National Post Office Service (ELTA). If the costumer desires a different method of shipment (i.e courier), they will be informed about the chargers from a MySeason.gr correspondent.
1) The use of a transport company or Courier for delivering the orders at the pre arranged address that the customer has requested. The delivery will take place between 1-3 working days from the date of the order being confirmed.
2) The use of Post Office ( ELTA ) which is recommended for areas outside Attica. The delivery will take place from three to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.
3)The use of transport owned and operated by MySeason.gr, which will take place exclusively within Attica and the delivery some times can be achieved the following day of the confirmation of the order and with the customers arrangement.
Terms & Conditions
The Company MySeason.gr maintains the right to select the way of transport of the goods ordered. In the event that the customer wants a specific way of transport this can be arranged only if the customer gets in touch with the appropriate department of the company.
For large or heavy objects within Attica that do not fit inside a lift or the carrying is compolsary by the staircase our delivery will end at the pavement unless a prior arrangement has taken place with the company. Note that for such deliveries will be extra charge.
For Large and heavy objects for the rest of Greece, there will be extra charge and you will be informed by the appropriate department.
In the event of the order being damaged while on transport, the company MySeason undertakes the complete replacement of the goods for free, provided that the customer informs the company MySeason within 24 hours of the delivery of the order.
Before the confirmation of any order, pressed a communication from the company with the customer for the precise time of the delivery of the order.
All the prices and delivery times are in effect until the exhaustion of the goods.
Our company maintains the right to modify the terms, methods, times, and delivery charges at will and without previous warning.
