1. How can I make a Payment ?
There are three different ways of payment.
a) (POD) Pay on delivery, your order is dispatched and you pay the courier upon delivery
b) Credit Card, you can use your credit card with absolute security as yopu will be dealing with Pireaus Bank and your personal details are given to the bank.
c) Payment in a bank account, you can use one of the 3 bank account given in this site without any payment bank charges cost to you.
2. Is there any danger in the transaction ?
MySeason respects and protects your right for protection of secrecy of your connection and has created this statement of protection of secrecy.
3. Can I return a Product ?
You have the right to cancel an order and return the product within 3 days of the date that you have received it. In this case you will be refunded the amount of the returned order after 2 days from the day that we have received the goods and they are still packaged in their original wrappings, has not been opened and has not been damaged in anyway and is accompanied with the receipt. The cost for transport for returning the order will be your responcibility.
4. How can I cancel an order ?
If you made an order by mistake you can send us an email or call us on 210 99 027 18 tell us about the error and we will arrange for your order to cancelled if you wish.
5. How can I see the progress of my order ?
The customer is informed by email or by telephone every time that the order is changing position
6. How can I be sure of the availability of a product ?
In Our website MySeason.gr there is an information in every product for its availability.
7. How long it takes for my order to be dispatched ?
Usualy it takes one to five working days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched the time of delivery depends the method you have chosen. By courier you will receive the order from 1 to 3 days, Transport company 3 to 7 days and by Post Office from 3 days up to one week.
8. What happens if the product is faulty ?
The dispatch department of MySeason checks cerfully all the goods before dispatch , but in the case that you receive a faulty product, MySeason undertakes the replacement of the product.
